Bertin Alexander Bisbee Alex provides executive-level strategic interaction for our clients. He sets the vision for each of our engagements, including the crucial interaction with the CFO, the CEO, relevant Vice Presidents, and other executives driving the project. Alex is the key player in establishing the overall management principles and goals that guide the success of our projects, whether that is a quality goal, a financial return objective, a quantified process improvement change, or some other executive directive. Prior to founding B&A, Alex built an impressive track record of working with executives facilitating complex solutions in large organizations. His career started in presentation development for CEOs of Minneapolis-area corporations. He then served in numerous sales and management positions with Honeywell Inc, all in charge of developing and executing on multi-million contracts that required board-level agreement and engagement. As Alex moved into the manager and owner of his own business, he’s continued to understand the motivations of managing boards, shareholders, and CEOs that ultimately guide all meaningful engagements. Alex has been hired by executives from diverse organizations such as Boeing, Siemens, the Foundation for Independent Higher Education, the Lutheran Services in America, and public school districts to assist in significant change initiatives or in organizational development and analysis. For Bisbee & Associates, Alex Bisbee is able to ensure our engagements meet the ultimate client goals through his ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. In his role, Bisbee & Associates has developed solutions exceeding $20 Million in revenue, savings, or improvement for clients throughout the United States. Mr. Bisbee holds degrees in both Economics and Finance from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. He has participated in a number of advanced training courses conducted by the University of Michigan, University of Southern California, and the Sloan School of Management.
